Hot air balloons flights are highly weather dependent. If the conditions are rainy, have poor visibility (under a mile) or high wind speeds (Over 5 mph) then the flight is unlikely to go ahead. COMBF will attempt to reschedule a cancelled flight.
You will be prompted for each passenger's name, weight, and contact information. It's very important you fill it in correctly for all passengers. After purchase, each passenger must complete and mail back a Passenger Release Form.
Please check in at least an hour prior to your balloon flight!
